If a product you’ve ordered is not in stock, we will place it on backorder and notify you via email. You will have the option to cancel the order if you prefer not to wait.

Whether you’ve ordered solar panels, hot water cylinders, or infrared heaters, we ensure every product is handled with the utmost care during shipping. We partner only with trusted and reputable couriers to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
We do not charge for shipping to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, and we currently do not ship outside of Ireland.
Delivery Timeframe
We aim to process all orders within 1 working day. Shipping times may vary depending on stock availability, especially for items like infrared panels that may be custom-made to order.
All products leave our warehouse in pristine condition. We do not ship any items that appear damaged. To ensure a smooth delivery process:
You will receive an “Order Shipped” notification once your order has been dispatched.
If you have not received your products within two working days of this notification, please contact us with your order number so we can resolve the issue with the delivery company.

The courier’s proof of delivery will be considered sufficient evidence that the goods have been received.
